What you will do
- Lead a team of Product Managers building complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Partner with customers to identify the most valuable use cases and define success metrics before development.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of new solutions from early concept and POCs to production.
- Manage a portfolio of solutions across multiple parallel enterprise engagements, setting priorities and trade-offs.
- Identify patterns across customer solutions to drive reuse and productization in collaboration with the Platform team.
- Mentor and develop PMs, enhancing their product judgment and effectiveness in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in high-growth or complex environments.
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing other Product Managers.
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating competing needs and constraints.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to work on-site from the Tel Aviv office.
