What you will do

• Design and enhance microservices focused on payment processing, integrations, and financial tooling.
• Implement and maintain asynchronous communication patterns to ensure data consistency and system speed.
• Take full ownership of service behavior by implementing tracking, monitoring, and managing production alerts.
• Rapidly assimilate and apply knowledge regarding specific payment schemes like Swift and SEPA.
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed international team participating in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Expert-level Python mastery for backend development.
• Professional experience working with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Practical experience in publishing, consuming, and processing data streams with Kafka.
• Experience deploying and operating services within Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Mandatory background in international payments, local payouts, or card processing (regulated environments).
