What you will do

• Support complex product introductions and Pilot Partner operations to secure customer uptime.
• Coordinate stakeholders across the entire value chain, including customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Provide advanced technical support in the field to ensure operational stability.
• Act as the primary link between end-users and R&D to translate field issues into technical improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback and operational insights from real-world customer use.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Stockholm, Sweden
• Significant experience in the automotive industry within technical or commercial roles.
• Background in product development, specifically ECU development, component development, or system testing.
• Practical experience working in a workshop environment with customer vehicles.
• Proficiency in using software-based diagnostic and troubleshooting tools for trucks or buses.
• Experience operating in international and cross-cultural environments.
• Academic degree in engineering or a relevant technical/commercial discipline.
• English: Professional proficiency required for CV and communication
