What you will do

• Manage Customer Orders in IFS from demand to delivery, balancing workload through production.
• Act as a central interface between development, purchasing, project management, and production.
• Monitor and plan purchases and manufacturing processes in alignment with project schedules.
• Ensure material supply is available in time for order starts in production.
• Handle obsolescence management and the administration of change orders.
• Communicate project status and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in production and/or material planning.
• Knowledge of IFS or other MPS systems.
• Structured and systematized way of working with a strong personal drive.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an environment with numerous different contacts.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current regulations around security protection.
• Additional obligations on citizenship may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
