What you will do

• Lead multiple SAP migration workstreams, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Manage the full SAP RISE migration lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical decision-making by understanding proposed concepts without needing hands-on consulting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies while providing regular status updates.

Requirements

• Strong technical Project Management experience with a focus on SAP upgrade projects.
• Must be based in Europe to accommodate frequent travel to Gothenburg and Munich.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global SAP projects.
• Track record of managing SAP-related database migrations (preferably Oracle to HANA).
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP RISE.
• German language skills.
