TL;DR

Liquidity Reporting Manager (Finance): Delivering high-quality regulatory and risk reporting for the Group and its entities with an accent on liquidity risk exposures and regulatory returns. Focus on enhancing reporting models, managing regulatory change, and collaborating with Risk and Finance partners to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.

Location: Hybrid (Leeds, UK) - must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) at an office site

What you will do

  • Deliver liquidity risk reporting for the Group and its entities, including regulatory returns and risk appetite reporting.
  • Lead the explanation of key drivers behind liquidity risk movements to senior stakeholders and regulators.
  • Manage and prioritize regulatory change, central initiatives, and operational improvements across reporting processes.
  • Drive the continuous development and enhancement of models, systems, and applications used for reporting.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Treasury partners to maintain effective end-to-end delivery.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development support to colleagues within the Liquidity Reporting team.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Treasury finance, preferably within banking or building societies.
  • Deep understanding of liquidity risk, banking products, and treasury products.
  • Proven experience in treasury and/or regulatory reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills to review, challenge, and build new modelling capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
