Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in London, UK

Salary: £56,100 - £64,000

What you will do

• Take ownership of the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reporting requirements, specifically regarding Capital and Liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory interpretations and assist in producing Pillar 3 disclosures.
• Execute and improve internal controls to ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and complete.
• Maintain high data quality through profiling and investigation of data issues.
• Build dashboards using data visualization tools to facilitate sign-off and provide business insights.
• Partner with internal teams to inform business decisions and provide input for new product launches.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of capital requirements, liquidity reports, and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coding languages (SQL is a bonus) or a strong willingness to learn.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the London office.
