What you will do

• Lead the global finance function and execute the Group's financial strategy in partnership with the CEO.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning to monitor studio profitability.
• Manage core financial operations including Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, Treasury, and General Ledger.
• Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across all legal entities.
• Implement AI, automation, and digital tools to reduce manual effort and optimize reporting accuracy.
• Coach and develop a high-performing global finance team across multiple international studios.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
• 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and international financial reporting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience leading finance transformation and implementing AI or automation solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in the video games, technology, or software industry.
• Experience supporting multiple international legal entities.
• Experience with ERP transformation and finance system implementations.
• Knowledge of government grants, R&D tax incentives, and public company reporting.
