Financial Manager (Finance): Managing financial planning, budgeting, and payroll operations for a multicultural business group with an accent on data analysis and process automation. Location: Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine. Options for remote, hybrid, or on-site work in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, and Yerevan.

What you will do
- Handle financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance departments on payroll, accruals, and payment-related matters.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare regular financial reports, analytical summaries, and detailed financial documentation.
- Administer payroll processing using 1C ERP and advanced Excel tools including Power Query and PivotTables.
- Drive projects aimed at automating HR and financial operations to optimize payroll processes.
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, compensation, and benefits.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (1C ERP).
- Strong data analysis and database management skills, with experience handling large volumes of information.
- Knowledge of HR processes and proficiency in task management tools such as Jira and CRM systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in process automation.
- Strong communication skills.
- English: B2 level and above.
