Location: Hybrid (NSW, Australia) - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

What you will do

  • Process payroll transactions and employee lifecycle changes accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee data in SAP EC/ECP and support end-to-end payroll operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll, tax, superannuation, and leave legislation.
  • Manage payroll enquiries, employee benefits, entitlements, and salary disputes.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and reporting to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Support payroll system testing and process improvements through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Australian payroll experience in a high-volume, in-house environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including taxation and superannuation.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll/ECP and HRIS systems.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
