What you will do

• Execute full test procedures for PCBAs and system set-ups according to defined guidelines.
• Analyze failure datalogs and perform troubleshooting to repair PCBAs.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure correct reassembly and absence of physical defects.
• Perform soldering and de-soldering for board rework.
• Manage packing and shipping of processed boards.
• Collaborate with engineers to drive process and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics.
• Proven experience in electronics board repair and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in soldering and de-soldering techniques.
• Ability to physically handle and place PCBA assemblies.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for high-end testers.
