What you will do

• Install, commission, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical, hardware, and software faults.
• Conduct calibration and performance verification to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to hospitals and ambulatory centers.
• Deliver technical training to biomedical engineers and clinical staff.
• Document all service activities accurately in internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least three years of experience in servicing medical equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills for training and customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site support.
