What you will do

• Perform manual deburring processes using specialized hand tools and machinery.
• Clean, polish, and blend surface defects to meet quality standards.
• Remove contamination, excess material, flash, and nodules from components.
• Form radii and break edges according to technical specifications.
• Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate finishing of parts.
• Collaborate with the Cell Leader to maintain production quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Baguio City, Philippines or able to work onsite.
• Completed at least 3rd year of an engineering course with machine shop training, or a 3-year technology degree in machine shop.
• Alternatively, a high school graduate with a vocational machine shop course and 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Strong eye-hand coordination for detailed finishing work.
• Must have authorization to access Philippines export-controlled information.
