What you will do

• Install, inspect, and commission medical equipment according to regulatory standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex electro-mechanical, hardware, and software systems.
• Conduct calibration and performance verification to ensure equipment accuracy.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to hospitals and ambulatory centers.
• Deliver technical training to biomedical engineers and clinical staff.
• Document all service activities accurately in ServiceMax and internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in servicing medical equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills for training and customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site support.
