What you will do
- Install, inspect, and commission medical equipment according to regulatory standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex electro-mechanical, hardware, and software systems.
- Conduct calibration and performance verification to ensure equipment accuracy.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to hospitals and ambulatory centers.
- Deliver technical training to biomedical engineers and clinical staff.
- Document all service activities accurately in ServiceMax and internal systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in servicing medical equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment.
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills for training and customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site support.
