Salary: £67,437 per year

What you will do

  • Supervise and support team members in case progression and provide strategic input.
  • Manage a personal caseload of serious injury cases from initial interview to settlement.
  • Drive operational and financial success of the team and Branch through effective monitoring.
  • Provide specialized legal advice to Trade Unions, their members, and private clients.
  • Lead business development and case intake initiatives both regionally and nationally.
  • Ensure the team stays updated on legal developments to deliver legal excellence.

Requirements

  • Qualified Lawyer with significant post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Proven track record of managing complex Serious Injury cases pre and post issue.
  • Extensive experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing a legal team.
  • Experience progressing cases to Trial, ADR, and making interlocutory applications.
  • Accreditation with the Law Society, AVMA, or other relevant professional memberships.
  • Must be based in Nottingham for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Proficiency in using case management systems and strong general IT skills.
