What you will do

• Manage a caseload of complex injury claims, including high-value multi-track cases.
• Perform forensic analysis of voluminous quantum evidence and prepare detailed chronologies.
• Draft technical advice on indemnity, liability, quantum, and causation for strategy discussions.
• Interview witnesses, draft statements, pleadings, and legal applications.
• Liaise with insurance clients, insured parties, and instruct counsel.
• Delegate and supervise tasks for Paralegals to support their technical development.

Requirements

• Experience in liability and quantum is essential.
• Knowledge of case law, litigation practice, and Court Practice Rules.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol for hybrid work.
• Good standard of education (5 GCSEs grade C/5 or equivalent).
