What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using specialized planning tools and techniques.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and project management teams to gather planning inputs.
• Track project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
• Monitor resource allocation and support capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Planner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, or construction project environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP systems (ORACLE or similar).
• Strong MS Office and reporting skills.
