What you will do

• Coordinate the status of test parts between the logistics department and the technical team.
• Follow up on project plans with stakeholders to ensure timely notifications and updates.
• Monitor compliance with assigned timelines, resources, and internal project notifications.
• Act as the primary communication channel between the Project Leader, Test Specialist, and Project Planner.
• Track the status of test reports in coordination with team leadership and specialists.
• Request and validate support documentation for project information.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ months of experience in project management within the automotive industry.
• 6+ months of experience in strategic project planning.
• Ability to perform risk identification.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and MS Project.
• Fluent English proficiency
