What you will do

• Maintain a comprehensive propulsion planning view covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and supplier inputs.
• Support the flow down of program schedules into specific propulsion subsystem and equipment-level activities.
• Track propulsion risks and actions, ensuring clear ownership, mitigation status, and timely escalation.
• Prepare concise planning dashboards and status reports for propulsion and program reviews.
• Collaborate with technical owners to identify schedule slips, long-lead items, and recovery options.
• Ensure planning routines remain practical and aligned with real-time technical progress.

Requirements

• Background in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, project management, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with schedule management, milestone tracking, and risk management in a complex technical environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as MS Project, monday.com, Jira, Excel, or Power BI.
• Ability to translate technical uncertainty into clear planning and decision language.
• Strong interest in spacecraft propulsion and hardware development.
