What you will do

  • Manage commercial activities with telecom operators for voice termination, DID numbers, and OTP traffic.
  • Negotiate and sign agreements with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators across EMEA, GCC, APAC, Africa, and LatAm.
  • Automate and manage company billing, pricing, and routing systems based on LCR+ principles.
  • Optimize low-profit directions to increase margins by 15-20% and improve routing processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Networks, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Investigate and prevent off-net fraud to minimize commercial losses.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a VoIP provider or telecom operator company.
  • Strong knowledge of voice telephony, numbering capacity, SMS, and VAS services.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to relocate to another country.
