What you will do

• Translate business needs into scalable backend solutions and clear technical requirements.
• Analyze API documentation, endpoint definitions, and JSON structures to ensure functional accuracy.
• Define data mappings and service interactions between internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with architects to understand schemas and Business Object Models (BOM).
• Create user stories with detailed acceptance criteria within an agile framework.
• Inspect and test APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger UI, and GraphQL playgrounds.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Deep understanding of APIs, including RESTful OpenAPI (Swagger) and GraphQL specifications.
• Experience with system integration patterns, message flows, and distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of OAuth, JSON Patch, and API security best practices (OWASP Top 10).
• Proficiency in modeling techniques such as sequence diagrams, BPMN, or UML.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
