What you will do

• Own the full efficiency chain, connecting spend levels, marketing mix, channel setup, and creative performance.
• Develop clear test plans, decision frameworks, and recommendations for marketing optimization.
• Manage the signal layer, including pixels, events, and custom conversions to optimize algorithm performance.
• Analyze the mechanics of paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) regarding bidding, budgets, and audiences.
• Design and execute lift tests, geo-lifts, and ablation tests with statistical rigor.
• Establish standards, playbooks, and QA processes to make experimentation repeatable and rigorous.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, computer science, or equivalent analytical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or measurement.
• Strong foundations in A/B testing, geo experiments, lift/incrementality testing, and statistical power reasoning.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with paid media or growth analytics.
• Habit of using AI tools like Claude or Cursor to enhance workflow.
