What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex custom research projects, ensuring high-quality validated data.
• Design and implement advanced workflows for data acquisition, cleansing, and processing.
• Conduct primary research interviews with industry contacts and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain large-scale datasets and market analysis reports using credible secondary sources.
• Drive innovation in research methodologies and tools to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align outputs with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or related roles with a track record of leading complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in research methodologies and operational workflows.
• Experience using data tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel for collection and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Penang, Malaysia
