What you will do

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Security, and Compliance platforms.
• Lead migration and modernization projects to transition customers from legacy environments to cloud-based solutions.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot complex M365 issues in collaboration with support teams.
• Conduct customer assessments, workshops, and provide technical advisory services.
• Support presales activities through requirements gathering, solution design, and technical presentations.
• Create high-quality technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Security services).
• Solid understanding of identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Conditional Access.
• Proven experience supporting cloud transformation and migration initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and workflow optimization.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset for working within multicultural teams.
