What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of APAC print partners and suppliers to drive performance, accountability, and growth.
• Lead partner readiness and onboarding for new product launches to ensure scalable and smooth execution.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve operational processes and the scalability of the print partner network.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations with external partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Monitor operational performance, identify risks early, and drive clear resolution plans.

Requirements

• Experience in marketplace operations, partner/supplier management, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of owning an operational function or partner network with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience scaling partner or supplier networks across multiple markets or operational environments.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect operational decisions to business and customer impact.
• Clear communication skills for building trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate complex challenges into clear action.
