What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to define UK strategy and drive key market decisions.
• Execute the London launch strategy, including launch events, OOH campaigns, and paid ad investments.
• Manage privacy and compliance requirements necessary for UK operations.
• Support the sales team and resolve operational bottlenecks in coordination with the US team.
• Act as the primary UK point of contact for legal, finance, and other US-based functions.
• Evaluate and develop expansion plans for subsequent European markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a generalist, BizOps, or founder's-office role at a fast-growing company.
• Experience launching new markets or physical offices.
• Proven track record of taking ambiguous, cross-functional problems from zero to completion.
• Experience working across time zones with US-based teams.
• Structured approach to market evaluation and strategic planning.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build playbooks from scratch.
