What you will do

• Serve as the technical product expert for Shopify, evaluating implementation requests and determining optimal solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, customer service, and analytics systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and platform performance.
• Drive product decisions by balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and business priorities.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements through automation and workflow enhancements.
• Contribute to roadmap planning by assessing stakeholder requests and focusing on high-value opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of Shopify architecture, ecosystem capabilities, and application integrations.
• Experience working with complex e-commerce environments and integrated business systems.
• Knowledge of web performance principles, including Lighthouse metrics and optimization best practices.
• Practical experience using AI tools for productivity and familiarity with workflow automation platforms like n8n.
• Understanding of data privacy, GDPR compliance, and secure data handling.
• Fluent English communication skills; German is considered a plus.
