What you will do

• Act as the technical point person for Shopify implementation, deciding between native configurations, apps, or custom builds.
• Own the end-to-end operational understanding of the shop experience, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, CS, and data systems.
• Support CRM, Data, and Infrastructure teams on operational tracking and technical questions across Shopify instances.
• Monitor and optimize site performance using metrics such as Lighthouse and render times.
• Manage and protect the product roadmap by prioritizing high-impact tasks over stakeholder intuition.
• Utilize AI and automation tools like n8n to optimize internal and customer-facing workflows.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of Shopify architecture, platform limits, and the app ecosystem.
• Ability to lead high-level technical conversations with developers.
• Working command of web performance metrics (Lighthouse, render time).
• Practical experience with AI tools and familiarity with workflow automation (n8n).
• Security mindset with knowledge of GDPR, DPAs, and sound data handling.
• Must be based in Europe.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required.
