What you will do
- Own and maintain the Bank's CDD and Source of Wealth procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Advise on complex high-risk client cases and determine risk appetite boundaries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategic compliance and risk solutions.
- Promote and increase risk culture and AML/KYC awareness within the KYC community.
- Provide expert AML/KYC advice on the establishment of internal procedures and frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, or compliance within private banking.
- At least 4 years of specific experience focused on onboarding or periodic reviews.
- Deep understanding of Singapore AML/CFT regulations and processes.
- Proven experience in managing high-risk clients and complex corporate structures.
- University degree or higher; professional certifications such as ACAMS or ICA are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
