What you will do

• Implement and oversee country-wide centralized compliance programs across regulated entities in Singapore.
• Drive the implementation of regulatory initiatives and manage control uplifts.
• Coordinate regular and ad-hoc regulatory audits, surveys, and questionnaires.
• Manage internal and external audit engagements and track regulatory interactions.
• Organize responses to regulatory and industry consultations.
• Engage with industry bodies and manage corporate governance matters for office leadership.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or relevant financial services.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach.
