Senior Product Manager - AI

Location: Melbourne, Australia; hybrid working with remote and in-person collaboration. Full-time Australian working rights required.

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy to increase customer engagement, growth, and long-term value.
• Own channel performance through consumer experience optimisation, experimentation, prioritisation, and accountability for commercial targets.
• Identify customer needs, design product solutions, and bring new growth opportunities to market.
• Run experiments and tests to improve key product metrics and outcomes.
• Translate customer, product, and market insights into actionable priorities.
• Align cross-functional squads, vendors, partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience building and running commercial products.
• Experience scaling AI and personalisation products to millions of users.
• Extensive experience in product management, product design, or a similar commercial product role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work through ambiguity, rapid change, and complex problems.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across functions and influencing change beyond an individual squad.
• Full-time Australian working rights and successful completion of a National Police Record check required.
