Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise portfolio narrative, including positioning, value propositions, and target user definitions.
• Define and track adoption measures to surface friction and drive data-informed product decisions.
• Lead recurring portfolio touchpoints such as demos, QBRs, and portfolio readouts for executive stakeholders.
• Establish voice-of-customer loops to synthesize feedback into roadmap inputs and enablement updates.
• Maintain clear engagement guidance to align stakeholders and reduce friction across cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate portfolio motions and leverage AI-assisted tools to scale self-serve workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY for a 4-day hybrid schedule.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, GTM, or customer success for technical products.
• Strong data fluency with experience defining adoption metrics and interpreting engagement signals.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical landscapes into clear, executive-ready narratives and artifacts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across complex cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience supporting platform or data products across multiple business units.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools for documentation and workflow automation.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis.
