What you will do

• Drive supplier engagement to improve on-time delivery, quality metrics, and cost reduction.
• Maintain high data integrity for part and order parameters within MRP/ERP systems.
• Identify potential part shortages and escalate impacts to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze purchasing workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage international trade compliance, including Incoterms, payment terms, and risk management.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure supplier conformance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a buying or purchasing function.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Baguio City, PH.
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and supply chain management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency required for professional communication.
