Senior AI Specialist Solutions Architect (AWS)

What you will do

• Build technical relationships with customers as a trusted advisor for GenAI/ML and Agentic technology adoption.
• Design scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud-native AI architectures for complex enterprise use cases.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to influence the AWS GenAI/ML product roadmap.
• Create and share technical content, including whitepapers, blog posts, and workshops to evangelize AWS AI solutions.
• Lead hands-on technical deep dives and provide mentorship to the broader engineering organization.
• Ensure recommendations align with security, cost, performance, and operational efficiency standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for distributed applications.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.
• 5+ years of experience in the design and implementation of production AI systems.
• Proven expertise in LLM integration, fine-tuning, RAG, vector databases, and MLOps.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems including Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Ability to influence decision-makers as a technical thought leader across diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
• Experience architecting AI systems in highly regulated environments like Financial Services or Healthcare.
• Proven ability to run and fine-tune models using advanced techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF.
• Cloud Technology Certification.
