Salary: $193,687.50–$322,812.50 per year.

What you will do
- Define and execute renewal strategies and playbooks across premier, strategic, and corporate customer segments.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and provide executive-level insights into renewal performance and risk.
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and lead churn mitigation plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Establish operational cadences for pipeline hygiene and performance reviews to optimize team productivity.
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of approximately 30 renewal managers and specialists.
- Partner with field sales, finance, legal, and customer success teams to drive optimal customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success.
- 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing renewals or customer retention.
- Experience managing co-located and remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Deep understanding of subscription metrics including ARR, IQRR, FRR, and GRR.
- Proven track record in high-volume, high-value enterprise-level negotiations.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
