TL;DR

Director, AMER Renewals (SaaS): Leading the renewals strategy and team for the Americas region with an accent on maximizing customer retention, minimizing churn, and driving revenue growth. Focus on scaling operational excellence, managing high-value enterprise negotiations, and mentoring a distributed team of renewal managers.

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in Atlanta, GA. Travel required: 25%.

Salary: $193,687.50–$322,812.50 per year.

What you will do

  • Define and execute renewal strategies and playbooks across premier, strategic, and corporate customer segments.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and provide executive-level insights into renewal performance and risk.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and lead churn mitigation plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Establish operational cadences for pipeline hygiene and performance reviews to optimize team productivity.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of approximately 30 renewal managers and specialists.
  • Partner with field sales, finance, legal, and customer success teams to drive optimal customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success.
  • 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing renewals or customer retention.
  • Experience managing co-located and remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Deep understanding of subscription metrics including ARR, IQRR, FRR, and GRR.
  • Proven track record in high-volume, high-value enterprise-level negotiations.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
