What you will do
- Drive net-new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with leading institutions.
- Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with C-Suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead consultative sales engagements to demonstrate the value of enterprise AI offerings.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build visibility and pipeline.
- Ensure seamless post-sales engagement to foster long-term partnerships and account growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales with a strong focus in the Korea market.
- Demonstrated success in selling multi-million-dollar complex enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
