What you will do

• Achieve budgeted sales targets and manage receivables and credit limits for ingredients customers.
• Develop and execute dynamic customer plans using the hirify.global sales and account planning methodology.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers at some of Korea's largest customers.
• Collaborate with Global Account Managers and internal resources to identify and develop mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
• Manage demand plans and customer specification requirements through the PSLM process.
• Provide market pricing feedback and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
• University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience within a food trading business (12+ years in FMCG or ingredients preferred).
• Experience operating in a multinational environment managing both international and domestic customers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Korean.
• Proven capability in strategic thinking, business acumen, and category leadership.
