What you will do

• Exceed revenue targets by acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships within Korea's FSI sector.
• Execute territory plans across retail banking, investment banking, insurance, and fintech units.
• Lead consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders, including heads of digital transformation and risk leaders.
• Navigate the Korean FSI regulatory environment, focusing on Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) requirements and data residency.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to tailor AI solutions for financial security standards.
• Monitor trends in Korean FSI, such as digital banking and AI applications in risk and underwriting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea, specifically within financial services.
• Direct experience navigating Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) requirements and review processes is required.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in FSI.
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English are required.
• Deep understanding of technology decision-making, risk, and compliance functions in Korean financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
