What you will do
- Spearhead the commercial growth strategy and establish market presence in South Korea.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle with major local and holding agencies.
- Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing commercial sales team.
- Deliver on ambitious revenue targets and accelerate market share growth.
- Architect a high-impact commercial roadmap and identify new revenue streams.
- Cultivate advisory relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, or media sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a leadership role.
- Deep established network of C-suite decision-makers in the South Korean market.
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and professional English.
- Right to work in South Korea without visa sponsorship.
- Strong functional understanding of programmatic ecosystems and DSP/SSP mechanics.

- Experience with post-merger integration or scaling global firms in Korea.
- Demonstrated ability to elevate commercial teams in high-growth environments.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing or programmatic trading.
