What you will do

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects across EXCH, FAN, RAN, HUBS, GSM, and CAN environments.
• Deliver network expansion projects on time, within budget, and according to quality KPIs.
• Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with WHS/OH&S policies and environmental standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, utilities, government authorities, and building managers.
• Monitor project finances and manage cost recovery from third-party utilities.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits of contractor works to ensure adherence to procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent telecommunications experience with strong knowledge of fibre optic networks and infrastructure deployment.
• Proven project management and contractor management experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and infrastructure deployment processes.
• Tertiary, Trade Certificate, or TAFE qualification in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil engineering is desired.
• Current driver's licence and ability to work in restricted spaces or at heights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
