What you will do

• Lead store designs for Dan Murphy’s and BWS, ensuring exceptional brand expression, site flow, and interior design excellence.
• Produce detailed documentation packages and 3D walkthroughs, adapting standard drawings to site-specific conditions.
• Manage external drafting partners and consulting agencies to ensure construction documentation aligns with design intent.
• Facilitate architectural, structural, and building services (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire) reviews and coordination.
• Deliver projects within allocated budgets and evolve store formats based on captured learnings.
• Collaborate closely with state delivery teams, including Property, Build, and Format Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design or design management, specifically leading store designs.
• Essential proven experience in retail design.
• 5+ years of hands-on Revit proficiency for producing concept packs and 3D visualisations.
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards.
• Must be based in Brisbane, Perth, or Adelaide.
