What you will do
- Perform setup and configuration tasks to activate new client accounts within the platform.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage account activation implementations to ensure deadlines are met.
- Interpret and analyze data from various sources to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate platform uploads.
- Prioritize and manage high-volume support cases using the internal tracking system.
- Collaborate with technical support and product teams to represent customer needs and improve processes.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Must be available for West Coast time zone shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of professional experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience in high-volume call environments or customer support roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience with SaaS technology and software support.
