Salary: $49,500 – $55,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Perform setup and configuration tasks to activate new client accounts within the platform.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Manage account activation implementations to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Interpret and analyze data from various sources to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate platform uploads.
  • Prioritize and manage high-volume support cases using the internal tracking system.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product teams to represent customer needs and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Must be available for West Coast time zone shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of professional experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience in high-volume call environments or customer support roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with SaaS technology and software support.
