What you will do
- Manage a large refinery key account in Houston, building proactive, value-added technical customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue account growth opportunities and prospect for new business using consultative selling.
- Review, optimize, and adjust water treatment programs and processes (cooling systems, boilers, wastewater treatment) based on routine monitoring and testing.
- Oversee on-site inventory management, coordinating chemical orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
- Lead site priorities and projects to ensure service delivery meets standards and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and maintain feed systems, dosing equipment, and utility systems; run business reviews and present technical reports.
Requirements
- Location: Remote in the United States (Texas), supporting a large refinery account in Houston, Texas.
- Proven experience in industrial water treatment sales with strong knowledge of boiler, cooling, and/or wastewater systems.
- Demonstrated success managing large industrial or refinery accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary: $88,850–$130,317 plus discretionary bonuses
