What you will do

  • Manage a large refinery key account in Houston, building proactive, value-added technical customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities and prospect for new business using consultative selling.
  • Review, optimize, and adjust water treatment programs and processes (cooling systems, boilers, wastewater treatment) based on routine monitoring and testing.
  • Oversee on-site inventory management, coordinating chemical orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
  • Lead site priorities and projects to ensure service delivery meets hirify.global standards and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain feed systems, dosing equipment, and utility systems; run business reviews and present technical reports.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote in the United States (Texas), supporting a large refinery account in Houston, Texas.
  • Proven experience in industrial water treatment sales with strong knowledge of boiler, cooling, and/or wastewater systems.
  • Demonstrated success managing large industrial or refinery accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
