What you will do

• Manage end-to-end budgeting and financial forecasting for Legal, Compliance, and Policy executives.
• Lead headcount forecasting and resource planning in partnership with HR and business leaders.
• Distill complex financial data into concise storylines and executive-level presentations to influence decision-making.
• Drive strategic initiatives and perform deep-dive analyses to accelerate growth and optimize resource allocation.
• Design and implement improved financial and operational processes to ensure commitment delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in investment management across the finance organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure in dynamic finance roles.
• Strong understanding of investment management and resource planning, preferably within a technology company.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills using Excel.
• Proven ability to translate business results into insightful narratives for senior leadership.
• Experience working independently in a cross-functional matrixed organization.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management (MBA preferred).
