What you will do

  • Redesign and optimize customer workflows across the Discover–Define–Deliver lifecycle using AI capabilities.
  • Guide customers in adopting AI-driven ways of working, including prompt engineering and automation.
  • Support platform integration using APIs and technical capabilities to reduce tool fragmentation.
  • Equip internal champions with strategies to scale adoption and establish governance models.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve platform engagement and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical account management, or customer success within enterprise SaaS.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or automation workflows.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead workflow transformation and change management at scale.
  • Experience in the Japanese enterprise market is highly advantageous.
