Customer Success Physicist (Quantum Computing)

What you will do

• Lead the technical implementation and integration of quantum control solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to improve solution delivery and product capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for quantum control systems.
• Manage technical relationships with customer accounts.
• Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Support customers in achieving quantum computing research objectives across different qubit types and architectures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in experimental quantum information science and quantum computing.
• Demonstrated Python programming experience.
• Background in atomic physics.
• Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
