Lead, Liquidity and Funding (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid in New York or Miami, or Remote within the US).

Salary: $112,000–$160,000 (Base salary range for New York).

What you will do

• Own daily, weekly, and stress-case liquidity forecasting across legal entities and products.
• Lead the execution and management of warehouse facilities and strategic funding arrangements.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise regulatory capital and liquidity framework.
• Drive treasury analytics, dashboarding, and balance sheet initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams on capital planning and strategy.
• Implement and optimize liquidity forecasting platforms and treasury infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, capital markets, or FP&A.
• Proven expertise in developing enterprise liquidity forecasts and managing funding facilities.
• Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the fintech or digital asset industry.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory liquidity frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as CTP or CFA.
