What you will do

• Partner with program managers and domain experts to clarify business and functional data requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze integrated datasets to produce insights supporting operational and leadership decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Qlik with a focus on usability.
• Write and validate SQL queries for reporting logic and data verification.
• Perform high-level data validation to ensure results align with business context.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher required.
• Experience in data or business analysis within complex or regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau or Qlik.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare or federal data environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7/FHIR or OMOP.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas) or Excel for ad hoc analysis.
