Location: London, Berlin, or Luxembourg. Remote-flexible hybrid (3 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Optimize the revenue engine via pipeline cadence, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Build repeatable systems for lead management, handoffs, and sales execution.
• Create sales enablement materials, onboarding playbooks, and coaching resources.
• Manage data quality and visibility through dashboards and performance insights.
• Align cross-functional rhythms between Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
• Standardize sales processes to enable the team to scale efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in RevOps or Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and revenue reporting tools.
• Ability to build sales processes and reporting from scratch.
• Strong operator mindset with a data-driven approach to funnel metrics.
• Experience as an autonomous individual contributor managing stakeholders.

• Experience in private markets or investment technology.
