What you will do
- Manage the post-sale handoff and ensure all prerequisites for onboarding are completed.
- Coordinate between Sales, Onboarding, and Support to accelerate time-to-first-value for new customers.
- Triage and handle a dedicated save/retention queue for downgrade and cancel requests to protect ARR.
- Maintain high CRM data quality and hygiene within Salesforce and DealHub.
- Analyze operational patterns to propose and implement improvements to the post-sale playbook.
- Identify and escalate implementation risks to leadership and product specialists.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and DealHub.
- Proven ability to execute structured save motions and retention strategies.
- Strong, empathetic communication skills and experience with asynchronous updates (e.g., Loom).
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment.
- Analytical approach to tracking success metrics like Churn Mitigation Value (CMV) and ROI.
